From Lubumbashi (DRC) to South Africa

Very soon, the third part of this story will be released and would like to ask you not to miss this part whereby we will discover to the poor boy and the test of his family because his father was killed by unknown people with the complicity of his uncle who reside in South Africa. This kind of story is one of the story many young people in the Central Africa are going through. It is a sad story and it needs to be learned. Many lessons can be learned and and many young people needs to read this and understand it because many young people which African countries need their brains for the development of this beautiful continent. The Drama of Migration

Nowadays migration becomes a serious issue for many countries in the world.
The dictionary defines migration as 'the movement of large numbers of people, birds or animals from one place to another.'
In Africa, people are migrating for different reasons: hunger, human trafficking, unemployment, witchcrafts, wars etc. What is disquieting is the conditions these people are being taken to their destinations when we know that many people are loosing their lives by taking decisions of migrating. African brains are being lost because of the reasons enumerated above. How many videos we watched from Asian countries for Africans who were lied or promised a good work but these people were killed somewhere in Asia because in their countries there is no jobs? When you study the statistics of these people who are being killed in Asia or in Libya, you'll find that the higher number is for young people. Youth are obliged to flee their countries not because their parents are irresponsibles, but just because the people who are leading their countries are irresponsibles.
Up the when Africa will be loosing the brain which will build the continent? If I send my people in the streets tomorrow, I am not t thinking positively in the benefit of the continent because our so called leaders will kill them and also if we keep quiet again, our lives and for our children are in danger. What can we do to save many lives in Africa?
The international community is quiet about the killing of African who are nein trafficked in Lybia and many Asian countries.
When Africans are denied peace and works, especially youths; the only thing they can do is just to migrate. They are migrating because their thinking that where they are going they will get a better life. I talked to many young people who decided to leave their countries and they decided either to live or to die because they couldn't endure the kind of life they were living in their own countries.
Our so called leaders can't be begged for peace or better life or to treat us with dignity because we deserve digniti.

From Lubumbashi (DRC) to South Africa

When I left DRC, I entered Zambia and went straight to the border of Zimbabwe where the Immigration officers asked me why I found myself to their border and my answer was that 'I was seeking for asylum'. The Immigration officers gave to me a note to hand to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Harare (Zimbabwe).
To the UNHCR's office, I was taken to Tongogara Refugee Camp.
On the 2nd October 2017, my uncle Charles came to Tongogara Refugee Camp and kidnapped me trying to take me to South Africa. When we reach the border Zimbabwe - South Africa, I succeeded to escape from him but there was no way. I wanted to jump in the Limpopo River but after thinking about my mom, I abstained myself of doing so.
On the 6th October 2017, I met a truck driver to whom I asked if he could assist me to go out of South Africa and he told me that he was going to the border of Zimbabwe. The truck driver told me that he will assist me as long as he doesn't have an assistant. In the way to the Namibian border, I was the one to cook for him and I was also sharing with him.
On the 9th October, we reached the Namibian border, I decided to run away and went to introduce myself to the Police Station.
On the 13th October 2017, I was taken to Osire Refugee Settlement but the next day I decided to leave the settlement to Zambia because I was afraid to remain in Namibia as it is coser to South Africa.
After some months in Zambia, I met another boy who also travelled far from his region in the DRC because of atrocities over there. After I narrated to him what happened to me and after I heard his story, he advised me to try to Malawi if we will get access there and if they could give us asylum there because there my uncle cannot reach there and him also will be in peace and recover from all that he went through. We walked for four days and we reached the border of Malawi and just at the custom offices, we introduce ourselves as asylum seekers from Congo DR and they wrote to us a note and we were taken to Zlaleka Refugee Camp. Zlaleka Refugee Camp is situated in Malawi at 50 km from Lilongwe the capital city. It hosted today more than ten thousand refugees.
After some months, I saw my uncle in the camp and he told me that he walk away from South Africa to Malawi just to look for me. He asked me if could go with him but I tald him that it was not possible and I told him that if he insisted I will inform the elders of the camp and he will be arrested. My uncle left and he went. From that day I didn't see this man who could be behind of the death of my family members.
Last year, early morning I was on my way to my place of work because we were stating working from four O'clock; I saw someone who called me and told me that I cannot scream because no one will come to rescue me. He has a gun on his hands and said: "I cannot betrayed him by telling his story because I am the only one who knows him." That day I was fortunate because a car was coming from far and my uncle asked me who's car was that and I told him that it was a police car because the use to patrol the camp. From the lights if that car I got the opportunity to run away and save myself from my uncle. The next day, I went to the elder of the camp and I explained to them what happened to me and they mobilised themselves to find my uncle but they couldn't find him.
This situation made me sick and I was thinking of running away Malawi. The big question in my head was, even if I run Malawi; where will I go again? Will I be just running? I was not in peace because of the man called my uncle and also I was asking myself how he entered the camp because it is very difficult for someone who is not a refugee to get in.
I don't know peace and the care parents can give to his child. Always, people who can harm and destroy, are those who are close to us.

When Africa is Mourning

From colonialism to independence, African countries are just mourning his daughters and sons. In the colonial era, a few number of Africans decided to run away their countries because of the harsh condition of living. During that time, there were other citizens who were working with the colonialist and these people were delivering their fellows to the white man for their death or imprisonment. This situation took time before it ends and many innocents lives were sacrificed.
If during that time our grandfathers were going after countries to seek for asylum in the other countries because they were running the colonialists, nowadays people are obliged to run away their fellows they elected themselves. Before independence of a number of African countries, those who were aspiring to power were like sheep and they were promising all the good things of the world if they could be elected one day. To the great surprise of the poor and humber citizens, these people turned against them and they became the ones to chase others in their countries. Many citizens today prefer to suffer in foreign countries than in their own because it is not possible according to the African culture that a parent can make suffer his own children.
Africans today are obliged to run far from Africa because those people they elected decided to chase them from their own country. Black africans are being sold in Libya by other africans because our leaders are not thinking for the population elected them but only for their families and their western friends. Nothing is being done by the African Union to stop the situation of African countries.
Africa is mourning his people every day and our leaders are just quiet. Our leaders and our African Union is as if is behind the suffering of his children.

Thought of the Weekend

Very often we blame others with same mistakes or errors we always made.
If really it is love which push us to correct our neighbours, we must do it with love so that our  advise can be considered and taken into consideration.
To approach my sister or my brother is more important than publishi mistakes of others.
In the contrary, my mistakes must help you to correct yourself.

From Lubumbashi to South Africa

From Lubumbashi to South Africa is a true story of a boy who was taken by force from the Democratic Republic of Congo to South Africa. Lubumbashi is the second town in the south if the DRC.
The story of my life started on the 28 September 2000 in Lubumbashi where I was living with my patents and my five siblings.
My parents were doing international business and they were importing goods from Tanzania and South Africa were they travelling time to time. They were successful business people and they owned shops in towns like Lubumbashi, Likasi and Lasumbalesa.
In Lubumbashi, I belonged to a drawing club where I was spending good times with other group members. My parents were spending more time in their business than at home and we were at home just with our maid.
In his last trip, my father came home with my mother's cousin from Pretoria in South Africa. My mum also came with a girl who she met in the road and she did not have a place to stay. My mum and I decided to take the girl to the Police station, the officers told us that they have a place to put her. They told us to take care of her and we went back home with her. The next day, my father started processes of adoption and these processes succeeded and the girl started living with us in our home. My mum called the girl Blessing because she was just four years old.
In January 5th, 2011, my dad was in Tanzania and my mum to Likasi. Charles my mother's cousin told me to escort him somewhere with his car as he bought a new one. I never think about him that he can do something bad to me. I went with him for a ride. I didn't know what he did to me because in the car, I felt asleep and I woke up in the other town of Kadumbalesa which is the border with Zambia.  When I woke up, I asked my uncle where we were going and he told me that we were just going to chill. He drove me till we reached the border of Zimbabwe and South Africa and he continued in South Africa.
In south Africa, he took me to his place in Pretoria where I stayed with him and his wife from 2012 to 2014.
In 2014, he took me  to Cape Town where he left me with three coloured beautiful evil girls (Ally, Lee and Charlotte). The three girls forced me to have sex with them in a room with cameras. The time I spent with these girls I could not be happy at all because of the behaviours of the girls although they were taking me for swimming, riding horses... Every time we were out with them, I was planning to escape from them but it was not possible to do so.
This is the kind of life  I lived in Cape Town, a life compared to that of a president. I was moving around with bodyguards armed behind me. I was not free at all and I could not do something freely.
In 2015, one of the girls left and left open the gate behind her. I went in the romm where they were keeping cameras, I took them and the hardrives and I also run away and went to seek refuge to a Mosque. At the Mosque, I talked to Malik who was a Spanish guy; after hearing my story Malik gave to me R500.00 and told me to live the city without delaying. After Malik gave to me the R500.00, he received a call and I heard him mentioning my name. It was Lee who called him. The girls and Malik planned to kill me, but he didn't want to execute the plan of the girls. As I heard the conversation, I went to see to the hotel one of the girls and when she so me alive, she could not believe and she advised me to run away because her father was looking for me so that he can kill me. I left the hotel and went to seek again refuge to the police station. One day I was moving around the police station three black men arrested me they took me in a car and drove me to a place I never knew before. In a room they tied my legs and my hands on a chair and those men told me that I wanted to kill the only daughter of their boss, for that I will be killed. As I had a knife in my sock, I cut the ropes and run away. In my picket was R500.00, I took a truck which took me to the border of Namibia. In Namibia the police officers took me to the DRC's Embassy, from there I was deported to DRC my home country.
At home all were fine except that one of the twin brother was missing.
The second day in my parents home, I went to the eyes clinic for my eye. When I came back home, my mother was not around; my young sister came back from school and we stayed waiting for our mom to cone back home. After some hour, my mum was still absent when a female neighbour came home to inform us that our father was killed in his car. I could not believe what the lady told us. We were in the house, my sister went outside the house and I heard her screaming; I went to rescue her but I saw three men monk's cloak with hood covering the face stabbed my sister. They wanted to arrest me too but I run away to my room I lock it and went out through the window.
I spent night in the military camp to my friend and the next day I went to tell what happened to us to my aunt and she told me that the people who killed my sister are the same who killed my father. The aunty told me that one of thet family member was behind all that and they were looking for my mum and myself so that we can be killed too. My aunty told me that she will send me to south Africa where I will be safe bit I told her that I could not go there and she suggested me to go to Italy but I refused. (To be continued).

The Success in the Marriage

To be successful in the marriage depends on how we build our relationships. All starts from the first day we met as fiancés, if our starting point was bad, we cannot expect something good in our marriage.
The woman am married to was a girl in our Christian Youth Group. I am living with her now for twenty-three years now and we are still loving each other as if we met yesterday. As you kbow, in every relationship misunderstanding is normal but the important thing is solving problems together and find a way for living together.
Before I married my wife, I and my other friends were not of the opinion to marry ourselves in the same church but after being counselled by a friend who was also a pastor; we understood that from the same church with the same education can make good couples. Today I am still remembering this pastor of mine who helped me really because I was married to a woman of my life.
Many people are failing in marriage because they didn't received counseling before marriage to prepare them and they entered marriage with a wrong oerception. Marriage is a trip for life and one who's entering in it must be equipped, and well equipped to reach the objective.
In all project if goals are not set, those who invest in the project are investing to fail.
I counsel three couples and I an happy of all of them because they are stable and continue to love each others. Time to times I communicate with them to make sure that they are progressing well.
When we counsel couples, we teach and encourage them to be not dependent on us or their parents because we will to be always there for them.
If two partners know each others, they will live in perfect harmony and this is why God came up with the idea of marriage. 
Today people are just meeting in a bar and after that they'll introduce to their parents and in a short time their married without even knowing each other. 

African Tradition

The African tradition is disappearing, I said so because many Africans nowadays want to live in isolation and are adopting Western cultures instead of being stuck to our cultures.
Many Africans prefer to live like Western people. Before independence it was not so. Just after the independence of many African countries that we could see changed in many Africans like living as westerns.
Although after independence of many African countries many people were adopting western lifestyles, there are some countries where people are faithful to their cultures. In the Southern Africa, many countries are struggling between the genuine culture and the new lifestyle which is a bit difficult to be distinguish. In these counteies , sometimes people are living what I name the coloured culture. This one is a mixture of African and western cultures.
In the Central Africa except some few countries, most of Central African countries; citizens prefer to live like Europeans because of the influence they received from the colonialist.
In the northern Africa, a mixture of culture is being lived there and it can be seen without eye glaces.

Sometimes it is difficult for some people to abandon the social behavior, the customs or the ideas inherited from their forefathers an adopt a strange idea or social behavior.

A Male Refugee Dead

A Refugee Killed in Okahandja - Namibia

Mr Valentin Tshitamunyi known under the name of Tshitshi, refugee living in Okahandja Central Namibia was taken at the Katutura Hospital in Windhoek on the 12 June 2018, after the doctors attended to him he declared that the man was already dead before they took him to them.
Information in our possion says that the man who is in his 40s was assaulted by more than 20 people, males and females. 
This morning, 12 people (3 women and 9 men) appeared in the Katutura Magistrate Court and the case is registered under the case number 308. Bail was denied to these suspects and the case is postponed to July 31st, 2018.

Echo From the Russia 2018 World Cup

The third game at world cup in Russia today 15 June 2018 offered soccer lovers a nice spectacle where Ronaldo shown the public that is a number one world player.

Three goals in a game is only Cristiano Ronaldo who is capable of accomplishing that. By scoring third time in the game against Spain made him to be the first player in history to score in eight consecutive major tournaments (World Cup, European, Championships, Copa America).

The two first African representative teams lost their first appearance which a bad starting for the black continent. All the eyes of all the Africans are fixed now on the three remaining teams which did not yet play in this World Cup.

During the game which opposed Egypt to Iran, all the hope of Africans were on Salah who did not play the game which Africans lost. During this game, Africans could do better if they could score all the opportunities they got. In all, Egypt doesn't have a bad team bit they can do better in the next game.

Back to Cristiano, is the fourth player to score in four separate World Cup tournaments, among the previous players, we can name one of the known player - Pele.

Talking about our continent which is Africa, we can just wait for the games between Nigeria versus Croatia, Tunisia - England and Poland-Senegal; maybe these three teams will surprise the continent. Let's wait and see!

What Welcome Note will be Given to Africans

Russia is known as a racist country by many Africans not because they were there once but through testimonies from African players who sejourned once in this continental country.
Identify someone in screening like a monkey, is there a sign of racism which black people will not tolerate anymore.
Fifa always condemned racism, Africans and other continent would like to see and hear the football governing body to take measures about it.
When supporters of a team sign a petition for their team to recruit only white player, this is blamable in the soccer world.
A French black player invited all his family to escort him in Russia because he feared racism from Russian supporters, especially against him.
Soccer or sports in general unite nations but when racism is brought in, it become something alse and separate nations and do not play his role. Nowadays, sport became a carrier as all the other carriers. Supporters must respect players just the same way as they respect the chairperson of their beloved teams and other people exercising their carreers.
The thousand billion question is 'Will Russia 2018 be a party where all nations and continents enjoy or Russian supporters will spoil this beautiful continental gathering?'
With all the Russian supporters, we want actors to offer to us a proper spectacle.

Afrika In Short News Update

Cases if Measles in DRC

Twelve cases of death were recorded in three days at the private health center "Mathieu", located in the locality of Sapwe in Kasenga. Most of the patients had all the signs of measles including red eyes and lips and rashes, alerted nurse Mathieu Kyobelwa. The nurse noted that the age of patients with these signs varied between 8 months and 16 years. According to her, some 40 suspected cases of measles were recorded in one week in more than five villages on the Lubumbashi-Kasenga axis including Kasomeno, Lubanda, Malambwe, Sapwe 1 and 2. According to Kyobelwa, a report was sent to Kinshasa for samples to be taken from the patients for analysis. He is concerned, however, that the number of children affected by the disease in the Territory is higher than that recorded, noting that most parents prefer to keep their sick children at home for lack of money. "There is also this popular belief here that if you take the child to the hospital, he will succumb. That's why some parents keep their children at home with the hope that they will heal. It is a crime against humanity that we denounce and fight, "he said, before calling on parents to bring their sick children to the nearest health centers for proper care.

Immigrants Situation in the Mediteraneen Sea
It was announced on this platform that a bing number of immigrants were stranded in the mediteraneen Sea and authorities surrounding the sea were rejecting responsibility of receiving these poor people.
Finally, this morning we learnt that Italians authorities rescued these immigrants today.
More will be said in the next editions.

Simãon Toco

Who is Simeon Toco?
Simãon Toco was a prophet and founder of the Toco Church in the 1960s in Angola and came from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Through Toco, God performed miracles and wonders and the Portuguese colonialists accused him with false accusations. As he was accused, and as we all know, when one is in power can do whatever he wants over poors. It will decided that Toco will be killed. He will be tied with ropes so that a caterpillar passed on him. The cartepillar passed on him but he was not dead and the colonialists could not believe it.
As they failed to kill him, the Portuguese's boiled oil and he was throw in but they saw the prophet coming from the other side and they were very surprised.
At last the prophet will be chased from the region where he started the church and went to another region. The prophet survived many attempts of being killed.
Many people became follower of Toco and the Portugueses were afraid of this man of God. The Portugueses themselves came at last to agree that he was really a man of God.
The name of the church is called Tocoist Church. This church is in Namibia and Angola. The prophet is well known in Angola than in his country of origin.
Tocoist Church believes in the Holy Bible and in Jesus-ChristK.

Afrika In Short News Update

LA LUCHA IS MOURNING
La LUCHA, Lutte pour me Changement is mourning one of his activist who was found burnt in his house during the night of Saturday to Sunday 9/6/2018 - 10/6/2018.
Aged 32, the young man was an active member of this human rights organization in the North Kivu.
The time these lines are being written, Congolese authorities are just quiet and nothing is being done to know the sources of the fire which burnt the house and this poor activist.
According to people who were interviewed in Goma told our reporters that it cannot be possible for someone to be burnt at that level without the intervention of neighbours. Member of the public are blaming the regional authorities for their silence in this issue.
Days will follow will give to us more lights on this issue.

Ibrahim Abiriga
An Ugandan MP was assassinated last Friday 8/6/2018 by gunmen on motorbikes. The MP and his bodyguard were shouted and dead on the spot.
The President Museveni will attend the burial ceremony today and nothing was yet said or any investigation has been planned for now.

Migrants in the Mediteraneen Sea
A big number of migrants are stranded in the mediteraneen sea and Italian authorities refused for the boat to dock.
Countries surrounding the Sea are throwing each other the responsibility of giving asylum to these migrants.

Politics

Jucontee Thomas Woewiyu, is a former minister under the President Taylor in Liberia. Jucontee must be judged at the Philadelphia Court of Law, is accused of telling lies the American authorities on his past.
We learnt that Mr. Jucontee is also accused for wars crimes under the NPFL, the National Patriotic Front of Liberia where he belonged to.
Jucontee lives in United States of America since 1972, but he was going back to Liberia and during the recent past he was involved in politics.

Kurunzinza Resigning And Kabila Strengthening His Relations
Indeed, more than one African was surprised to hear that President Kurunzinza will no longer run for elections but Kabila surprised Congolese population when it was announced that he came up with a new platform as a coalition for the coming elections in December 2018.
Congolese who are tired with this man could not expect him to continue being active in politics but for him to step down.

RUSSIA - DRC
Military and techinical agreements were signed were signed 19 years ago and they were just freezing in drawers.
Last Friday 8/6/2018, the Russian Foreign Affairs vice minister Mikhail Bogdanov visited the DRC for the accomplishement of these agreements.
The Vice Minister did not hide the Russian ambition of investing in the miner, energy and agriculture's sectors.

Community Conflicts in the Democratic Republic of Congo
Six people were killed by gun men in the South Kivu last Friday at Bulonge in the Uvira.
 Political authorities are quiet on the situation.

The Source of Poverty in the Great Lakes

This month I am discussing with some friends the sources of poverty in Africa and in the Great Lakes because all we are from there.
In these discussions, we excluded our friends from Rwanda because they refused to join our discussion for the reasons they know themselves and we cannot interpret at all.
It seems that the reasons are common for all the African countries. Here are some reasons why us Africans are poor while our countries are reaches.
1. The colonialist came with the purpose of exploiting mineral resources only, not to assist the inhabitant under their power. For this reason you will notice that these western people were doing everything just for the interest of their metropol.
2. Education in Africa which was brought by the western colonialist did not help anymore Africans because this education did not help Africans to develop themselves. The education we received from our colonialists made us just job seekers instead of being job creators.
3. Most of Africans were not ready or prepared for leadership. That why up to today we have a serious crises of leadership in most of our Africans countries. The western colonialist did not prepare Africans to be leaders but just followers.
The colonialist wanted to continue to lead our Africans countries without thinking about the future, that is also being happening with these African leaders who were not prepared to lead even to the university. At last, I will talk about corruption which is destroying the continent.
4. Corruption, most of the first African leaders did not attend formal education and they never have any plan for their countries. Let us think about Joseph Mobutu, K. Kaunda who was not a bad leader at all but somewhere he failed because of the reason I gave here. Our list continue with a leader like Joseph Kabila... These are one of leaders who never even think about what they could do for their countries or what they could do with their countries. Someone from a poor family without any plan, when he's in power; the first think is just to fill his own pockets and for his friend in power. The last of the last point we talk about is:
5. Western power, it seems that is now these power which are imposing their will to the poor African on the man or woman they want to lead this or that country and when they are doing so they are not helping Africans because they come with people without ambitions and also with foreigners to reign in a other foreign country as it is in the DRC with Joseph Kabila.

Africans must be masters of their future and write the history of their own countries.
Most of african leaders are corrupted by western powers and when they are in oppositions they can come up with good speeches but once in power, they forget their promises to the poor people because they sold themselves to the western Powers.
Some days ago I write these lines, I was receiving in my office with an elected woman to a women association, with this lady my task was just to remind her about what she promised to the other women once in power because according to my observation this woman was out of the objectives of the movement she was leading. You know what the lady gave me as an answer to my preoccupations? For now we are tacking what we think are hot issues for our community. I tried to make an investigation on those hot issues and I found that the lady was taken in an umbush by a group of ladies who are power than her.
African countries are poor today because of these kind of leaders who sold themselves to these western powers who are just behind the resources of African countries.
Africa is a reach continent, our people must be also reach but because we are egoist, us the population are poor. We have to think about and reform all the system in all our countries for the future of our children.

Justice In the DRC - A Joke or Reality?

Congolese Judges are jokers, why did I say the Congolese judges are jokers? during this short exposé, you are going to understand why I named them that there are jokers. In many countries in the Southern countries, politics and judiciary power are separated and the judiciary power is serving the poor as well as the reach. 

In the Democratic republic of Congo, this is another reality. Judges are in the pockets of politicians and people in power. Judges are not at all doing their works accordingly because they need money from the people in power or reach men.

Many people are in jail and other in custody because their poor or maybe because they are not in power and these people can be the ones who are right but because their from the populous, they are jailed or kept in custody. 

You know what the power did so that judges can be in the pockets of reach and people in power? 

Judges in the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) don't have what they can call salary while these people are parents and they have needs as well as the needs of their families. Sometimes we understand the problems these judges are facing but if you know that Congo is a country where it is not possible to exercise properly your carrier, why to make suffer your countrymen and women?  

Recently, a Congolese judge and the Police declared that Moise Katumbi is the one who plotted the death of Patrice Lumumba when this M. Katumbi was born four years later the assassination of this father of independence.

After reading this declarations, I asked myself if what I was reading was the truth or I was dreaming? I asked a friend to read for me and confirm if what I was is what was entering in my head and he confirmed that I was right.

I know Katumbi from the business of his elder brother who was a successful businessman in the DRC. I saw him growing there and no one will tell me the contrary even about his age as the judge declared. to forge the age is not possible as the judge said also. For those who know Njanja, Kinkalabwamba, Kamalondo and Kenya's locations, knows the guy and saw him growing up. 

Judges in the DRC should not be behind politicians and the could look for something else to do than let politicians to corrupt them. Justice could be enjoyed by all poor or reach but it is not the case in my country the DRC. When this joke will end and where are we going with this country and this kind of judgment? 

Quick Observation

Today I try to make a quick observation of things in today's world and I found out that there some foods we are consuming everyday and these foods are killing slowly but surely.
In my interaction with an old lady who his my workmate suffering with blood pressure and heart disease was complaining about medecines consumption. She added that she is condemned to be taking everyday her medicines for surviving, I decided now to quit co summing these medicines which I believe are killing day after day. Another lady also having the same problems told her:"my dear what you have to start with is yo reduce the consumption of a certain number of foods like sugar, salt, oil etc. If you want to start by quitting taking your medicines, you'll only end by worsening your situation".
I observed that there are foods which are expensive and when we are buying them it is just for killing us. The guy I was chatting with told me: " we're buying our death everyday by eating some foods".
In our villages, we were eating fresh food from the field everyday and there we didn't know some names of most of these sicknesses we are talking about today.
It is true that our people were dying because of age and because hospitals were far from villages not because of new names of sickness. Africa is changing because we, as people from Africa adopted a new lifestyle from Western countries.
This is just a simple observation.
